Qualification: Double degree in HR and psychology, University of Sunshine Coast

Dan is a passionate HR professional who firmly believes that creating a great workplace and keeping employees happy and engaged is paramount to a successful business.

Having worked in the health care industry for almost ten years, Dan has witnessed the significant changes in the Allied Health space, which are partly due to recent and ongoing changes with the NDIS.

Dan works closely with the Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology discipline leads to ensure the staff he is attracting and hiring have the qualifications, experience and personal qualities to meet the current needs of Adaptability Therapy’s clients, as well as the vision and values of the company.

Dan’s overarching value is to grow and solidify a team of clinicians and practitioners who are able to deliver the highest quality care to their clients.

The nature of Dan’s position means he has great influence on the team as a whole. He steps up to the task by offering support and understanding, laying solid foundations with practical and achievable processes and goals; and implementing new initiatives that positively impact people’s work lives.

Alongside the Senior Leadership Team, Dan is helping to build and grow a business that puts people first. He believes that by having an enthusiastic and well-supported team of clinicians and practitioners who are encouraged to provide genuine care, clients will in turn reap the greatest benefits from their treatment.
